There is a highly regarded primary school in the village however further schools are available at nearby Hassocks, around 2 miles to the east as well as Hurstpierpoint College, Burgess Hill School for Girls and Brighton College within close reach. The village is ideally located to take advantage of the stunning Southdowns and surrounding countryside whilst being highly accessible. Hassocks mainline train station is on the London – Brighton line and offers direct services to London Bridge/Victoria Blackfriars (approximately 55 minutes) As well as Gatwick (25 mins).
