We sold this former 7 acre chicken farm site in 2017 and were subsequently retained by developers Cross Stone to project manage the planning, overseeing the appointment of the planning and architectural team. We developed the planning strategy and through a Financial Viability Assessment demonstrated that only 4 of the approved 53 houses should be delivered as affordable housing units. Planning was achieved at Appeal for 53 houses and 20,000 sq.ft. of employment space. Subsequent sale to Akehurst Homes with development shortly to start.

We were appointed by Generator Group to assist with the planning strategy and Financial Viability Assessment in respect of the regeneration of this landmark town centre site in the heart of the County Town of Lewes.

We have had an involvement with this site for over 20 years and after several speculative sales of the land we were delighted to have sold it to River Oak Homes and be involved as part of their development delivery team. Upon behalf of River Oak, we successfully challenged the South Downs National Park affordable housing policy and assisted in securing a development of 101 units with 5 affordable housing units and 2,000 sq.ft. of offices. The development has been built out n phases and we are successfully selling the units for River Oak Homes.

On behalf of Adur Developments we purchased this site for them off market and were retained as their planning strategy consultants. We secured planning for a fully private sale scheme of 7 mews houses on this redundant brownfield site. Work will commence later summer 2024 to build out the scheme and we have been instrumental in helping Adur Developments set up the funding for the construction and contractor appointment.
