Acting on behalf of the former dairy farm owners we managed the planning team in order to deliver an outline planning consent on this site, which was designated a ‘fringe’ site surrounded by the South Downs National Park
Acting for Cross Stone Homes we have managed the professional team to deliver a detailed planning approval on this site for 41 apartments and 13,000 sq.ft. of business units, to include challenging the affordable housing policy and delivering 10% affordable housing.
Artisan, Davigdor Road
Acting for Crest we challenged Brighton & Hove City Council's Affordable Housing policy and the scheme delivered 17% affordable housing, which was dealt with as a commuted sum.
We managed the planning project team and delivered outline planning consent for a 101 unit apartment and housing scheme, which we then sold to Hyde Housing.
As part of the planning team we challenged the South Downs National Park affordable housing policy and assisted in securing a development of 101 units with 5 affordable housing units and 2,000 sq.ft. of offices.
