Atelier will provide up to 13,000 sq.ft. of flexible 'B1' creative spaces, suitable for use as studios, offices, making spaces.

The studios will offer complete flexibility, with the option to either rent or buy your own business space.The studios will offer high ceiling heights and include a mezzanine area to the rear. Flexibility is enhanced with large 'shop front' style facades, offering the ability to manoeuvre larger goods in and out of the studios if required.The units are designed to accommodate the widest possible range of business types that can operate within the 'B1' use class category, for example makers, artists, designers and more traditional office users.The studios are arranged within the three Atelier blocks and will provide spaces from approximately 600 sq.ft. upwards. Larger spaces can be provided by combining units.
