Hyde secure major Shoreham-By-Sea waterside site

The  Hyde Group have secured a major redevelopment opportunity in Shoreham By Sea, at Ropetackle North, to the immediate north of the successful Ropetackle development.

Acting on behalf of the Hyde Group, Oakley have successfully acquired the riverside redevelopment opportunity from two Companies in administration, acting by their joint administrators Neil Mather and Nigel Price of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, London and their appointed agents, Affinity Commercial LLP, who are part of Affinity Global area Estate group.

The site extends to 2.24 hectares (5.54 acres) and had outlined planning consent for 120 residential units, which comprised both houses and flats, plus commercial space to include a 70 bed hotel and was secured on behalf of the Companies, by Affinity Commercial LLP.
