Proud to be supporting our local Ropetackle Arts Centre

We have partnered Hyde Housing as joint sponsors, with Hyde currently undertaking the major Shoreham Waterfront development, which started on site earlier this year. Hyde are one of the foremost social housing providers in London and the South East and have a number of significant projects coming forward in the Shoreham area.

Partnering up with our neighbouring friends

Our chairman, Chris Oakley said "we are really looking forward to working collaboratively with the Ropetackle, as it sits at the heart of the Shoreham community and having recently opened in the town it presents a great opportunity for us to help an important local charity, which clearly works tirelessly in the arts and culture sectors and adds greatly to the fabric of the town.”

Hyde have now started work on the regeneration of the former Ropetackle North site in Shoreham, which is to be known as Shoreham Waterfront and will provide 120 new homes and commercial spaces. We will also shortly be submitting a planning application for the regeneration of Kingston Wharf in Shoreham, a further major project at the eastern end of the town which will provide more affordable housing for the area and follow on from our commitment to the area, complementing our Shoreham Waterfront scheme were we started work this year."
