Celebrating 3 Fantastic New Homes Launches in Sussex

Last weekend was a very busy weekend for the Oakley teams at our Lewes and Shoreham branches as was the end of April. We have recently held no less than three New Homes launch events, for some fantastic new developments across Sussex.

The Waterfront, Shoreham

As expected the launch of The Waterfront in Shoreham at Ropetackle Arts Centre in April was a busy event, with plenty of prospective purchasers from near and far coming to have a look at the development model, grab a brochure and find out more about the 120 new riverside homes that are now available to reserve off-plan. We have received reservations already and are excited to assist the new homeowners through the purchase process with Hyde New Homes. With prices from just £260,000 and the apartments and houses in such a desirable location so close to Brighton we expect the reservations to continue to flow in thick and fast now that the site plan and first phase of available homes have been launched. Westdown Heights, Seaford

The Show Home launch at Westdown Heights in Seaford took place on 18^th May. This exclusive 4 plot development of 5-bedroom detached family homes proved very popular. The show home is now available for viewing by appointment with our Lewes branch, with one of the properties sold and another under offer we urge anyone interested to view the show home as soon as possible as the building nears completion. The coastal homes are close to Seven Sisters nature park and are built by Gold Property Developments, who have a reputation for building high-quality luxury homes.  

Quiet Waters, Angmering

Quiet Waters is another luxury development from Gold Property Developments. There will be a collection of 3 and 4 bedroom family townhouses on the site between Worthing and Littlehampton, with the properties being ready in Spring 2020. The brochure launch was a busy one that took places at the Lanes Health Club in Rustington. A mortgage advisor and Help to Buy advisor were on hand alongside our team to offer guidance for interested purchasers. The brochure was well received in cotton tote goody bags! We have started to receive very many enquiries about Quiet Waters and now that the brochure is live, we expect to start receiving reservations over the coming week.
