Shoreham Port leads the way in sustainable business with new waterfront offices to let

We are delighted to be working with Shoreham Port on a new project, in addition to the fantastic Lady Bee offices, we are now helping to find conscientious new tenants for Hove Enterprise Centre. The new waterfront development is a welcome addition to Shoreham Port that will attract businesses looking to reduce their carbon footprint thanks to its eco-credentials. The four studio suites are created in line with the EcoPort’s commitment to renewable energy and sustainable development. With uninterrupted sea views, on-site parking and excellent transport links from Brighton, Worthing and London, the offices are in an enviable location that any small business would be proud to work within and will certainly be attractive for recruiting new staff. With a floor plan in excess of 1,500sq ft per office there is plenty of space to grow a team. Shoreham is a wonderful place to work, with fresh sea air at lunchtimes, amazing sunsets and great little independent cafes and boutiques, as well as retail giants and supermarkets close by. The Brighton bus service is incredibly reliable, and the train runs directly to London and Brighton.
