Regenerating Lewes – Atelier is set to be Lewes’ most exciting new live/work location of 2020

We are very excited to be working on a fantastic new project in Lewes, that is regenerating a disused area of land around the Brooks Road area. This creative development site is being delivered through a joint venture between Gold Property Developments and Cross Stone Regeneration and will include new public spaces to relax in, creative business units for growing local companies, and 41 apartments.

Atelier Commercial Units – adding colour to the Lewes economy

The first phase of the scheme to be released is the new business space which is designed to complement the artisan shopping and café culture of Lewes perfectly. Local businesses can enjoy increased trade from the new residents and workers and explore new collaboration and supply chain opportunities.

The studio units will be from 600 sq. ft. and can be combined to create larger spaces. We have been receiving a healthy number of enquiries for the commercial units and are confident this will in time help to create new job opportunities within the Lewes community.
