Oakley Property announce new head office in central Brighton

Following many successful years at our current head office in Marlborough Place, Brighton, we are delighted to announce that, in March of this year, we will be expanding Oakley Property into new head office premises in the North Laine. Both the new head office and our existing residential estate agency offices in North Road, will remain firmly rooted in the heart of the City of Brighton & Hove and close by to each other.

Our new head office is located at 30-31 Foundry Street, Brighton and will bring our various property teams under one roof, vacating our two current buildings in Marlborough Place.

Our beautiful new building, to be known as the ‘The Property Works’, originally formed part of the Regent Iron Foundry that gave Foundry Street its name.   We are currently refurbishing the premises to a very high standard, in order to provide our staff with a carefully considered, modern, working environment. We are committed to delivering to our staff, a great place to work, and to our clients, an exciting place to meet and work with us.  The move underlines our commitment to attracting and retaining the very best staff to serve our clients.

The Property Works will support several key objectives for Oakley Property, as we bring together the majority of our teams into a single, exciting workplace.  Historically, our Brighton offices have been spread across four buildings and bringing more of our departments under the same roof will encourage our ever-growing teams to work in even more collaborative ways, enabling us to continue to deliver the best possible service to all of our clients.

The move to The Property Works will bring together our commercial agency, property management, land and new homes, residential lettings, valuation, lease advisory and marketing departments.  In addition, it will enable us to bring about a large expansion of our successful New Homes Lounge concept, where we are able to demonstrate the latest finishes for new developments and sell them off plan.

Our expansion plans also include the retention and major refurbishment of our two existing North Road, Brighton residential estate agency offices. Already located just down the road from our new head office location, our residential sales team will remain at the existing North Road estate agency premises, to continue taking advantage of their high-profile location. Please note, our expansion and refurbishment plans do not affect our Shoreham and Lewes estate agency branches, which remain a key part of Oakley Property and our commitment as Your Sussex Property Expert to serve their local communities.

The expansion of our offices will be taking place at the beginning of March 2022 however, we want to assure all of our clients that we will be making every effort to ensure there will be no disruption to our high standard of service, during the move.

We are extremely excited about this new chapter for Oakley Property and we will provide further updates, to all of our clients and partners, as the expansion and relocation of our offices progresses through the first quarter of this year. We are incorporating some ground breaking property sector facilities within the new head office, and we look forward to sharing these with you as we start to unveil the refurbishment of The Property Works.
