Oakley Property celebrate 30 years

We are 30!

Oakley Property are proud and excited to say that 2023 is the year we celebrate 30 years as Your Sussex Property Expert. Over the past 30 years the business has grown significantly, and our large team of property experts deal with a wide portfolio of property projects across the whole of Sussex.

From establishing the business in 1993 as a firm of Chartered Surveyors specialising in Commercial Property (which is still a big part of our business), we now offer a wide range of property services with Estate Agency & Lettings offices in Brighton & Hove, Shoreham and Lewes. Specialist New Homes divisions, with the teams covering Brighton & Hove, East Sussex & West Sussex, a large Residential and Commercial Property Management Team that manages an asset base worth over £170m, Valuation and Leasehold Advisory Services and Development, Land and Planning Management.

We are always looking to move Oakley Property forward. Over the past year, we expanded the business into our new Brighton & Hove HQ: the Property Works in central Brighton. We have also refurbished our branch offices to provide our clients and staff with a professional and forward-thinking way of doing business.

Some fun things will come throughout the year as we continue the celebrations! Our founder and Executive Chairman Chris Oakley will look back at the past years and some of our biggest and most interesting deals and developments. We will also present some of our dedicated team members who you might not have come across yet in your sector. So, keep an eye out for our 30th Anniversary content to come.
