Gradino reaches the top!

Oakley Property are proud to be part of the team behind Martin Homes’ development of Gradino Apartments in Hove, which celebrated the topping out ceremony in April.

5 years ago, the IMEX group, a global business, saw the potential of the site and gained planning for this fantastic new development: previously an underused carpark with an outdated office building in the corner.

This development will provide IMEX with a modern new headquarters, enabling them to continue their important growth ad contribution to Brighton’s economy. Along with 52 excellent, high quality, sustainable new homes for local people and families, comprising a mix of private and affordable units to meet local demand.

Gradino is an elegant, energy efficient and quirky new building in Hove, improving the street scene, sustainably located with direct public transport links. Not to mention the stunning landscaping supporting the wildlife through the seasons.

Through this project Martin Homes will pay £3000,000 for upgrades to local parks, schools and transport infrastructure, as well as jobs and training benefits from the construction works of circa £15,000,000, a huge boost to Brighton & Hove’s local economy.
