Your chance to join the team at the Oakley Lewes Branch

11th June 2019

Are you looking for the next step in your Estate Agency Career?

If you've been following us for some time, you'll know that we've been exceptionally busy at Oakley over the past year. We've taken on a number of new developments for Residential Sales, Lettings and Property Management and have opened our flagship New Homes Lounge in Brighton, as well as adding Shoreham to our growing list of branches in Sussex. Our Lewes branch has been particularly busy, with plenty of instructions for properties old and new coming through our portfolio. Due to the continued success and growth the Lewes Office is looking for an experienced negotiator to join the sales team. The Lewes office covers a diverse property sector including period homes in central Lewes as well as new homes and country property across Sussex. In 2019 the Lewes team picked up Gold in the British Property Awards and in 2018 won both local and district business awards. We're very active members of the Brighton and Hove Estate Agents Association - David Beaken, Director at our Lewes branch sits on the council. We're also very involved in the local business community as a whole and wherever possible work with local suppliers. We socialise often as a team, and are particularly active in local charity events such as golf days, cycle rides, rafting and go-karting to name a few recent team events!

Why join the Oakley team?

Joining our team as an experienced negotatior, you will be working as part of a friendly and professional team in our High Street branch. We are a bright, forward thinking company and there is opportunity to grow within the role and take on extra responsibilities. The day-to-day role will include working with applicants, showing properties and promoting new developments. Here's what our team members tell us they like about working at Oakley Property.

"All members of the team are friendly and approachable making for a relaxed environment despite the fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure nature of the job.  The managers actively encourage further study and qualifications making progression within the company a realistic goal." Beth, Property Manager

"The company is built on integrity and raising standards within the industry and it’s great to work for such a well-respected business who prides itself on professionalism." Nick, Branch Manager

This is a full time position, salary and package are dependent on experience and we welcome all applicants with proven estate agency experience. If you'd like to apply, please send your CV and a covering letter to david@oakleyproperty.com
